These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and guidelines that govern our charter bus rental services. By booking a ride with Busxoxo, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment Policies
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, and additional service fees if necessary
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip may be subject to a partial refund or cancellation fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and pleasant journey, passengers must adhere to the following rules:
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is allowed inside the vehicle.
- Passengers must respect fellow travelers and avoid disruptive behavior.
- Any damage caused to the bus by passengers will result in additional charges.

Force Majeure Clause
In case of natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings. Customers will be notified in advance, and refunds will be processed based on the situation.
