Booking & Payment Policy

  • Customers must pay a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to confirm their reservation.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before the scheduled service date as per the terms agreed at the time of booking.

  • More than 14 days before the service date: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Between 7 and 14 days before the service date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by BusXOXO

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure, driver unavailability, or other operational issues, BusXOXO reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  • Customers will receive a full refund in such cases or can opt for rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Customers may be offered credit for future bookings at BusXOXO’s discretion.

Modification & Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers can request modifications (date, time, vehicle type) at least 7 days before the service date, subject to availability.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the changes requested.
  • Last-minute modifications (less than 7 days before service) are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Safe & Reliable

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Any bank fees, credit card processing charges, or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, additional charges may apply, or the service may be canceled without a refund.
