The Pincolini brothers purchased this 160 acre property in the 1890s. After brother’s death Russell C. Jensen and his wife Hulda repurchased this property in the 1920s and created a building there. In 1935 Russell died and his wife sold this property to Dr. Raphael. He saved this property as a good project and in 1982  transformed it into a regional park. In the present, Rancho San Rafael Regional Park is 600 acres largest urban green space in Reno, Nevada.
