For beverages, Non alcholoic beverage like water, Fruit Juices, Energy drink are allowed in Busxoxo Charter Bus. No one is allowed to bring alcohol on the bus as it is against the policy, and if some will bring it, then they have to pay a fine for it.

Yes, you are definitely allowed to rent a specific bus if the group members are going on a trip with you. 

Several people can be accommodated in a charter bus. Our Full-Size Charter Bus have upto 56 seats for people. Furthermore, in our minibus upto 8 to 25 seats are available for people to come on this Bus. Bychance if the size of the group increases and no seats are available for them, then you can contact us at booking@busxoxo.com. As soon as possible, we will update you with the information and book the charter bus for you.

If you canceled the booking, then the following fees will be charged & a refund will be given to you :

• If you cancel your reservation before 7 days of departure, then you will get 100 % fees.
• If you cancel your reservation before 2 days or 48 hours of departure, then you will get 50% fees.
• Or, if the reservation is Cancelled on last minute, then no fees are refundable.

Yes, busxoxo will need certain information regarding you and your trip, which you need to fill out, such as your name, phone number, personal email, Pickup location, drop-off location, and the number of passengers available. Also, suggest the type of bus and travel date that you require for booking your trip.

Absolutely, you are allowed to use online payment methods and make a payment with a credit or debit card, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms.

As Safety and cleanliness are the main measures on charter buses, we don't allow any pets on Busxoxo Charter Bus Rentals. If you are travelling with your pet, then inform us in advance so that suggest the best suitable bus for you.

It totally depends on your choice whether you want to give it or not.  Tipping is generally appreciating someone. If you like their driving skills, politness over passengers and its gratitutes, then tipping them is best as they feel motivated by it.

Yes, it is included. When you book a charter bus, keep in mind that you have to pay parking charges depending on the destination you choose for your stay, according to that. And if you stay more then hours you were told, then you need to pay extra charges for it.  

Yes, you need to follow certain safety guidelines that are given below :

• All passengers are requested to be seated while the bus is running so as not get any of the injury while any jerks.
• For their safety, wearing seatbelts is a must.
•  While keeping your luggage, request that it be cleaned, and keep some space while roaming here and there.

• Drinks like Alcohol and smoking are not allowed in bus. If someone is found, they need to be fined for it.
